With a 24/7 Operations Room, T&TI CARGO LINE is responsible for:
- Manage flows and plan loads
- Develop updates and monitor loading / unloading planning on the performance of the vehicle fleet
- Monitor the driving hours of traveling personnel in respect of the parameters of the law
- Directly check the loading / unloading times of the vehicles
- Monitor fleet activities in real time with satellite network
- Analyze transport performance through the KPI Office sending monthly / quarterly reports depending on the client.
